Return & Exchange policy

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product. Original packaging and padding are required to ensure safe shipment back to our warehouse. Once your return is received, a credit for the full purchase price will be issued to the account used to purchase the product you are returning. Expedited shipping fees will not be included in the refund. 

Return:

1, What terms are returnable?

  • Within 7 days after receiving the package
  • In original condition: resell-able
  • Unused or undamaged
  • In the original packaging
  • For the above reasons, return freight is borne by the buyer, otherwise, we have the right to refuse to return

2, What should I do if the package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt of the product at info@anzo.cc with the attachment of your Order #, Picture/Video of the package. We will bear the freight for you.

2, How do I return a product?

Once you have alerted us you wish to make a return through email contact. We will email you a link to start the easy return process including returning time and a detailed returning address.

 

Exchange:

1, How can I exchange the damaged accessories or skateboard?

Accessories and a skateboard are in the packages including remote, charger, tools. 

If accessories or a skateboard damaged or not received, please email us within 7 days of receipt of the product at info@anzo.cc with the attachment of your Order #, Picture/Video of the package.

Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-3 business days. We will exchange the damaged accessories or a skateboard for free.
